Profile

The backstory...

We launched Light Leak because we wanted to do and create (and be!) something different. Both of us have more than a decade of experience in photography, videography, post-production, and editing—but our favorite parts of the job have always been working with clients and helping them get the best out of every shot.

We intentionally built Light Leak to be light on its feet. A small crew. A responsive team. State-of-the-art equipment that doesn’t interfere (or over-complicate). Captured moments that stand on their own. The ability to work directly with business owners and marketing directors to capture exactly what they want.

We love meeting interesting entrepreneurs and showing off their good work to the world. We’ve been honored to capture and contribute to the legacy of people we’ve been following our entire lives (and we do actually pinch ourselves on occasion). Because we’re light, lean, and responsive, we can do it in a way that feels completely authentic and still cool and polished.

We’re committed to a small batch, hand-crafted experience at every shoot. We’re fortunate to have so many clients we love working with—even when the project is one-and-done, the clients rarely are. And that’s how we know we’re onto something.
